File previewing is supported on most major camera RAW formats and you can expect all the standard mainstream Rich Media files to also have automatic thumbnail extraction.


Ease of Distribution

One of the most requested features in the higher education world is search, conversion, and distribution of a file(s) or an entire collection. This could not be easier using the DAM. Not only can users download a collection of files, but they can also make them available for each department.


A typical photographer’s workflow: Photographs a hockey game, uploads all the files into the DAM, adds metadata, and assigns collection name. For instance "Hockey Game 12 2016", This collection could then be used by internal users or shared as a public gallery for access.


Editorial can monitor incoming files, make selections on assets to keep, promote others to featured content or share to social media.
